As we all learn that so far as objects and animals are concerned,there is only gorgeous appearance to be mentioned, but to us human beings, although the outward beauty really matters, the inner beauty is much more important. This was confirmed by a famous Russian writer in words much like this: "A person is not lovely for being beautiful but beautiful for being lovely. "

At the moment, I'm coming to true story. It's about a poor, ordinary looking old woman. She was a widow without any children, living barely from hand to mouth by picking odds and ends from rubbish heaps. In order to earn as much money as possible to raise the children and to keep them in school,she even went to a hospital regularly to sell her blood. from interfering with your sleep.
4) Avoid large meals just before bedtime. An active digestive system can disrupt
sleep.

DIY Facial Mask My collection

We all learn that an apple one day keep doctor away .Apple contain Vitamin A, iron and calcium  ,Which is not only healthful for your body ,but also for your skin .Today ,I will go on sharing the DIY facial mask ,hope can help you make you beauty and have a flawless skin .
Things you'll need most of the ingredients can be found right in your kitchen .
* Applesauce
* Wheat germ
* Cucumber
* Lime essential oil
* Honey
* Ground sage
* Half-and-half
* Oatmeal
* Egg white
* Lemon juice
* Lime juice
* Mint leaves, fresh or dried
Instruction :
Mix to form a slightly gritty paste completely  and apply to cleansed face and neck skin  .
Mix in one egg white, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. lime juice and 1/2 tsp. mint leaves, fresh or dried. Add one drop lime essential oil and mix all ingredients well to form a
smooth paste.
Let the mixture stand in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before applying to cleansed face and neck. Pat on with clean fingertips, keeping away from the eyes .Grate one medium-sized apple, without the peel, into a small bowl. Mix in 5 tbsp. honey to form a paste.
Mix 1 tbsp. oatmeal with 1/3 tsp. half-and-half and 1 tsp. honey. Chop 1/5 apple into very small pieces and blend with oatmeal mixture. Stir together to form a paste. After
washing face and neck, apply the mixture to the skin, but keeping away from the eyes. Leave on for 15 minutes before removing with a washcloth and warm water.
“Wash face and neck and smooth the mixture over the skin, staying away from the eyes. After 10 minutes, remove with a washcloth and rinse skin with cool water.
Core and peel one apple and puree in a food processor or blender. Add 2 tbsp. honey and 1/3 tsp. ground sage. Mix well. Pat onto cleansed face and neck with fingertips. Do not use around the eyes. Leave on for 25 minutes. Rinse off with warm water .
