The first time I saw the news I was shocked. What is the China Tobacco Control Association? Why don’t they go to the streets and tell the smokers who are smoking in public places "Quit".Why did they appeal for the quiking smoking on Screens. How ridiculous!
I hate smoking. I don’t like smokers in my office. I abominate the man who smokes in small elevator.While I don’t support the rule "no smoking on screens".
Some leaders gave the reason, lots of boys or girls learned smoking from the screens. Some youth thought smoking men appeared in screens are cool and played the ape. You mean that if they never see the film, they won’t learn smoking? In Qing Dynasty, how many families in China owned TV? How could they learn smoking opium?
Our Chairman Mao, do you think that he had seen any film and hoped to be a cool man, so he like smoking? Of course not! In the film "the Message". Smoking is way to express the nervous atmosphere. They cannot chat too much and they choose this way to drive their tension away.It’s a normal psychologic activities.No smoking, they just stand on the balcony to count the stars? Would you like to see such a film? Wisdom Association leaders?
It’s inevitable that some boys learn smoking from TV screens. But not all! I heard that a boy who hoped to be manlike and tried to learn smoking.While at last he gave up. Maybe we will quit smoking naturally or keep the habits on.
Films or TV dramas do affect the youth’s thoughts in some way.If he is still a child,we may conduct them with a right way.It’s useless to close his eyes or hold his ears absolutely. Don’t forget that children are curious.
We cannot see any adult film on TV or on net in China. Have you controlled something? Not!To a certain degree, some girls are hurt for their innocence.
The so-called Tobacco Control Association leaders, if you really hope to do something earth-shattering things, close the tobacco factories. I support!
